A Red Frame

"A Red Frame"is a family owned cozy "A-frame" waterfront chalet (just 8 min. from Fenelon Falls) featuring an A-shape wooden interior, large indoor fireplace and an open living room, dining room & kitchen.

Guest Accommodations

•There is room for 6 full sized cars in the driveway, which is enough for a few cars and a few trailers for ATVs or snowmobiles.

• A Red Framehas total of4 bedrooms.Main floor bedroom has a queen bed, 2^nd floor bedroom has a queen bed, 3^rdfloor 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom has two double beds. There is a pull out sofa bed in living room and 3 single mattresses that can be put down in any bedroom for extra sleeping which are located in the 2^nd floor bedroom closet. Each bed is supplied with its own mattress cover, pillows, pillow protectors and comforter.

• A Red Frame comes equipped with inside and outside furniture, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, laundry washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots/pans, general kitchenware, hair blow dryer, vacuum, and an outdoor hot tub.

• The following supplies are also included: toilet paper, coffee filters, cleargarbage bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, dishcloths, dish towels, hand towels, and paper towels. Also supplied are tea and coffee, olive oil and a variety of spices.

Entertainment & Enjoyment

• Internet access is free. Rogers internet with Download speeds of 25Mbps and Upload speeds up 5Mbps. Wi-Fi Password to be provided upon check in. There is a Satellite TV with 200 channels, plus sports and Crave TV. Lots offun board/card games can be found in the TV unit.

• Enjoy the 6-person Hot Tub during chilly weather, complete with massaging jets.

• A Red Frame has a large outdoor deck, suitable for dinning with family and friends. Or simply enjoy some yoga or sunbathing.

• Enjoy the Muskoka Room, which isfully screened-in and complete witha clear roof, perfect forrainy days.

• Two paddle boards, Two Kayaksa canoe and paddleboatare provided to enjoy a paddle down the river or enjoy paddle board yoga.

• A Red Frame is located roughly 1 minute from Victoria Rail Trail, a 55km trail going from Lindsay, ON all the way to Kinmount, ON. Enjoy trail walks, ATVing, and cyclingin the summer while enjoyingsnowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeingin the winter.

• Fenelon Falls is approx. 10 mins away where you can enjoy tons of restaurants, stores, museums & galleries, golf course, local beach,and more!

• You can rent a boat in Fenelon Falls or bring your own boat as the boat launch is 2 mins up the river. Burnt River is connected to Cameron Lake. Easy access to Balsam Lake and Lake Sturgeon, only 1 lock away each.

• Visit the Burnt River Off Road Vehicle Facility with your dirt bikes and ATVs to test your skills on the tracks and trails. Daily rates apply and be sure to book early!
